ProPilot has released the results of its 2015 Product Support Survey, and we are thrilled that Embraer Executive Jets has earned the No. 1 ranking, making an impressive leap from last year’s third place.
The feedback we receive through this annual survey is invaluable in our endless quest to achieve the benchmark in support and services for the business aviation market.
This year, Embraer received an overall score of 8.51, compared to last year’s 8.06, reflecting our customers’ increased satisfaction with our support and services. Embraer ranked No. 1 in four of the survey’s seven categories: cost of parts, tech manuals, tech reps and service satisfaction, and No. 2 in company response time, spares availability and speed in AOG service.
This huge accomplishment follows the great news announced last week that Embraer remains among the highest-ranked companies in AIN’s 2015 Product Support Survey for the fourth consecutive year.
