São José dos Campos – SP, Brazil, August 5, 2016 – Embraer Executive Jets’ customer support secured the first position for the second year in row at Pro Pilot Magazine’s Corporate Aircraft Product Support Survey. The 8.58 overall scores - the highest one among manufacturers in 26 years of this research – confirms the company on the top of the two most important specialized surveys in the industry. Earlier this week, Embraer soared to its first-ever solo No. 1 ranking in Aviation International News’ 2016 Product Support Survey, receiving its highest-ever combined overall average (8.4 out of a possible 10) for new and preflown business jets.
“Our commitment to providing the best customer experience in business aviation is proved by independents product support surveys,” said Marco Tulio Pellegrini, President & CEO, Embraer Executive Jets. “We are extremely glad for customers recognizing our continued efforts, which only strengthens our promise to support them with the highest level of service.”
AIN and Pro Pilot Magazine, traditional aviation publications that conduct annual industry research, survey business aviation operators to evaluate their experience with products and services provided by aircraft manufacturers. For the fifth consecutive year, Embraer proudly stands among the highest-ranked companies.
In just over a decade, Embraer has built a robust global network to support its worldwide customers and a fleet of over 1,000 business jets operating in more than 60 countries. The company continually anticipates and develops a variety of innovative services to improve its product support efforts.
