FIRST LEGACY EXECUTIVE JET DELIVERED IN ASIA

Legend Development Co. Ltd. has become the first company in Asia to take delivery of a Legacy Executive aircraft. Legend is owned by Macao-based entrepreneur Mr. Chow Kam Fai David. The delivery ceremony took place at Embraer headquarters on September 28, 2004.

“We are certain that Mr. Chow will be very pleased with the performance of his new airplane. For our Company, delivery of the first Legacy aircraft in Asia is a milestone. For our distinguished customer, Embraer will make it a rewarding choice,” said Guan Dongyuan, Director for the Civil Aviation Market in China.

As the Chairman and CEO of Legend Development Co., Ltd., Mr. Chow said: “I believe that I will buy more corporate jets in the future, when the market is evolved and prosperous. I also believe that the introduction of the corporate aviation business will help to further explore Macao’s tourism paradise.”

The Legacy super mid-size business jet is based on the successful ERJ 135/145 regional jet platform, with more than 800 aircraft delivered, close to 6 million hours flown and a dispatch reliability of over 99 percent. The maturity of its platform ensures Asian customers will also benefit from the Legacy’s high availability and will be able to rely on its global customer support network for smooth operation.

ABOUT THE LEGACY

The Legacy Executive carries up to 16 passengers in a 1,410 cu ft (39.9 m3) first-class cabin. It cruises at a speed of up to Mach .80 and offers a range of 3,250 nm (6,019 Km) with 8 passengers and NBAA IFR reserves. The Legacy Shuttle transports up to 19 passengers in business-class comfort or up to 37 passengers in the Shuttle HC version. The Legacy boasts the largest baggage compartment in the industry with 240 cu ft (6.8 m3) in the Executive and 325 cu ft (9.2 m3) in the Shuttle.

With the most spacious cabin in its class and priced at about a third less than comparable aircraft, the Legacy offers an unprecedented balance between capability, luxury and value.
